These Terms of Use govern participation in the community engagement activities organized by Daily Times Channel. By submitting your information through any of our participation forms, you agree to the following conditions.

Eligibility and Participation

  • Participation is entirely free of charge and exclusive to members of our official WhatsApp channel.
  • Each person is allowed to submit only one entry per activity.
  • Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Entries with false or incomplete data may be disqualified.

Information Collected

To validate your entry, we may request:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • WhatsApp Number (with country code)
  • Country of Residence

This information is used solely to manage community appreciation activities and to contact acknowledged participants.

Participation Code

  • Upon successful submission, participants receive a unique participation code.
  • This code may be referenced during the recognition process and may be partially displayed for transparency.
  • No personal or sensitive data will ever be shared publicly.

Recognition Process

  • Participants may be acknowledged through a randomized system among all valid entries.
  • The process may be recorded for transparency and shared in our WhatsApp channel.
  • Only entries submitted within the designated timeframe will be considered.
  • Duplicate or invalid entries will be automatically excluded.

Community Acknowledgment

  • Recognized participants may receive a digital token of appreciation, as described in each individual activity page.
  • The delivery method will be communicated privately to the acknowledged participant.
  • We will never request passwords, financial information, or any form of payment.
  • If a participant does not respond within 48 hours, the acknowledgment may be transferred to another eligible member.

Disqualification

Participants will be disqualified if they:

  • Submit more than one entry per activity
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Violate any rules outlined in this document or in the specific activity instructions

Privacy and Data Handling

  • All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Data will be stored securely and deleted within a reasonable timeframe after the activity concludes.
  • Participants may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time to ensure fairness, security, or legal compliance. Any updates will be published on this page.

  • Daily Times Channel is the sole organizer of these community engagement activities.
  • These activities are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Inc., or any third-party brand.
  • Participation is voluntary and designed solely to recognize and engage our community.
  • No financial incentives, guarantees, or commercial offers are implied.
