1. Participation

- Only one entry per person is allowed

- All information must be accurate and verifiable
2. Contact and Communication
- Participants who are acknowledged will be contacted via WhatsApp using the number submitted
- No promotional messages will be sent — your number is used only for direct communication related to this community action
3. Data and Privacy
- Information submitted will be used exclusively for this activity
- We do not share or reuse data for other purposes
- All data will be permanently deleted within 7 days after the completion of this activity
4. Community Appreciation Token
- A gift of $40 may be offered as a gesture of appreciation to one or more acknowledged participants
- Delivery will be secure and private
- We will never ask for passwords, financial details, or personal credentials
- Optionally, participants may share a short confirmation video to promote transparency within the community (not required)
5. Acknowledgment Process
- Valid entries will be part of a community-based review
- A neutral, automated tool may assist in the process
- For transparency, the process may be recorded and shared in our WhatsApp channel
- If we’re unable to connect with someone within 48 hours, we may continue recognition with another community member
6. Disqualification
Participation will be invalidated in case of:
- Multiple or duplicate entries
- False or misleading information
- Any detected attempt to bypass the terms
